5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Empowerment Panel and Speakers.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Networking & time to get an Oura Ring (part of the Stanford Stigma Study).
7:30 PM - 11:30 PM: 4Play Afterparty. The night concludes with an afterparty featuring a local DJ, food, and beverages.
