There’s something powerful about being in a room where sound is the medicine.
A 70-minute Sound Bath & Meditation experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and find a sense of calm in your body.
We’ll begin with about 20 minutes of gentle guided sound meditation and light vocal toning — to ground, open the heart, and connect with each other. Then we’ll transition into a 40-minute immersive sound bath with didgeridoo, gong, drone flute, hand pans, and voice. The intention is deep rest, nervous system reset, and spacious inner quiet.
Yoga mats are available for the first 10 people. Feel free to bring a blanket or anything that helps you feel cozy.
No experience needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to be held in sound.
